Courthouse News Service reported on the wrongful death lawsuit brought by attorney Anthony W. Trujillo of Trujillo & Winnick LLP against Wells Fargo following the death of Larry Delassus. Delassus, a Hermosa Beach resident, died while in court fighting a foreclosure that advocates allege stemmed from a Wells Fargo bank error in which the bank assigned a neighbor’s assessor parcel number to his account.
