Carlos J. Rosario brings a background in complex litigation, high technology, business disputes, and public service. His experience includes work as a litigator at large law firms, in-house legal roles with major technology companies, and sustained public service, including as Chair of the San Jose Planning Commission and as a member of Santa Clara County’s Health Advisory Commission.
Carlos’s legal experience spans complex civil litigation, business transactions, government relations, intellectual property, patent litigation, employment, civil rights, and business disputes. He brings an engineering and computer-science perspective to matters involving technical evidence, data systems, and infrastructure — including data center, AI infrastructure, and telecommunications-related litigation. He received his B.S. and M.S. in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Southern California before earning his J.D. at Santa Clara University School of Law.
He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2016) and as one of the Silicon Valley Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 (2021). In his spare time, he volunteers on the boards of Sacred Heart Community Service, Bellarmine College Preparatory, and the San Jose District 2 Neighborhood Leadership Council.
