Information We May Receive

Website forms may ask for contact information and a description of the matter you want reviewed. Do not submit confidential or time-sensitive information until an attorney-client relationship has been established through a written engagement agreement.

How Submissions Are Used

Information submitted through this website may be used to review the inquiry, respond to the person who submitted it, conduct conflict and intake screening, and evaluate whether the firm can assist.

Attorney-Client Relationship

Submitting information through this website does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only after the firm and client sign a written engagement agreement.

Service Providers and Intake Systems

Website forms are processed through Netlify Forms. Form submissions may be stored with Netlify and routed to the firm through Gmail and Google Workspace so the firm can review and respond to the inquiry.

Google Analytics may collect usage data, device and browser information, referring pages, pages visited, and approximate location information derived from IP address. IP address handling is controlled by Google. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
